You can cancel any time, in two clicks, and never be billed again. Here's exactly how it works.
Go to your account and choose Cancel membership. Your monthly or yearly membership stops renewing immediately, and you keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for. No phone call, no email required.
Because you keep access through the paid period after cancelling, we don't issue prorated refunds for the unused part of a period. If you were charged by mistake, or something genuinely went wrong, email us within 14 days and we'll make it right.
The Founders seat is a one-time founding contribution — it pays for the compute that keeps the station running, so it's non-refundable. If you believe there's been an error with your Founders purchase, email us and we'll look into it.
