Where it came from — Orch. Symph. du Gramophone c.b. Alfred Fock (1909). Three 30 cm 78rpm records with ballet music from Faust (Gounod), performed by the Orchestre Symphonique du Gramophone . The DAHR database shows that Alfred Fock (1850-1921) is the conductor. I assume the work was played in the correct key. I had to reduce the tempo to get the right key.
