"Hochzeit Im Morgenlande" (Wedding In The Orient), a "Charakteristisches Tongemälde" (Characteristic Tone-painting) for wind band by Josef Pecsi, is performed by the "Columbia Orchester Wien" (Columbia Orchestra of Vienna), which I am guessing is a nom-de-disque for some unknown European ensemble.
