Where it came from — Russian Eonofon Orchestra (1912). The Russian Orchestra "Eonofon" (оркестрь эонофонь) performs a Russian Trepak dance (русская (трепакь)) and a medley for Parade Orchestra with Church Bells and Commands (церковныи парадь сь колоколами и командои) in this recording which I believe was made in Russia circa 1912.
